Booking Process
Below are all the details you need on how to book your bespoke cake with LilyRoseCakes
Date Availability…
Firstly let’s check i’m available for your wedding date, use my contact page to send an email, with your wedding date, venue and servings amount needed. Once i have confirmed availability, i can send you my price and portions guide, then we can talk about securing your date….
Booking your cake in…
Once we’ve confirmed availability, the next step is if you want to secure your date, a £100 booking fee secures your date, we can then talk a little about your ideas and ideal budget (this helps to let me know what I can do design wise within your budget). Around 6-9 months before your big day you will be invited to attend your cake tasting and design consultation, where you get to sample 6 of my most popular flavours and discuss your cake design ideas.
Or you can of course purchase a cake tasting box before booking, these are £25 collected or £30 posted. If you love your cake samples which i’m sure you will, we can then book you in.
Designing your dream cake…
After our cake consultation i get busy designing your cake, your bespoke design will be hand drawn and sent to you for approval with your full quote, once this is approved a form will be sent to confirm all of the last booking details. Final payment is then due around a month before your big day!
On your wedding day, i arrive around 2 hours before your guests arrive, i set everything up and decorate the cake and table around it if needed, you leave everything to me to finish creating your Dream cake.
